How do you get banks to compete
for my business?
We work with over 15 banks that offer literally
hundreds of mortgage products. We present your information
to up to three banks and then a broker presents these quotes
to you. Different banks have different products and requirements.
Depending on your specific situation, each bank’s products
may offer varying advantages and rates.
Will you share or sell my information?
Your personal privacy and the security of
personal data are extremely important. MiamiCondos.tv believes
that you should be aware of what we do with your personal
information. Our overall privacy policy is simple. MiamiCondos.tv
will never sell or share any personal information about you
to or with any person or organization except to our authorized
agents, or as required by law or court order.
Who are your Lenders?
Our banks and Realtors are very well known,
well respected and known in South Florida. They are familiar
with the region and typically close to your home. Our Lenders
are either headquartered in Miami or South Florida or have
several branches and/or staff in Florida. Local lenders providing
you with local service.

be?

Do you have Lenders who can help
if I have poor credit?
Yes. We have Lenders who specialize in helping
borrowers with perfect credit and less-than-perfect credit.
We will do our best to find you Lenders with the best rate
possible.
How does MiamiCondos.tv get paid?
MiamiCondos.tv does not charge you, the
consumer, any fees for this quote service. You will be responsible
for paying the loan processing and closing costs and any other
fees. We are simply a broker between you and the Bank that
you choose and are paid when a loan closes.
If I live outside South Florida,
can I use MiamiCondos.tv to find a loan?
Yes, we focus on servicing local South Florida
customers, however our lenders can provide loans throughout
Florida.
